Pound Fit 

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drum. 

Fit Barre

sculpt lean muscle, and build strength without bulk. How? By combining the body-shaping benefits of a traditional barre routine with a fat-blasting calorie burn.

It's a dynamic mix of cardio, Pilates, and ballet fundamentals, you can be leaner, stronger, and looking and feeling better after each and every class.

C2 (Cardio/Core)

A high intensity class that focuses on building your endurance and strengthening your core. Four circuits including 30 seconds of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) focused cardio, 30 seconds of core focused workouts with 10 seconds of rest in between.

Kids Fitness

With greater independence comes the ability to participate without the parent, and our students are lavished with positive reinforcement for self-reliance and following directions. Strength, flexibility, and agility are increased, as our teachers introduce skills and communication through language geared to build self-esteem and confidence. Our kids are nurtured so tenderly and always with a success-oriented approach. Relays, more complex games, and beginning sports skills lead to increased strength, enhanced manipulative ability, and improved hand-eye coordination during this program.

weekend warrior BOOTCAMP

This effective full-body workout was specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the entire body quickly and safely. Get ready to sweat!! We will challenge you in many different ways, but keep you wanting more!

Fuse Fit

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind!
